-Security

The purchase invoice is the guarantee for all your purchases on the Caller Telecom website


-Terms and Conditions :

All products have a two-year warranty from the product agent itself

It includes phones, home and electrical appliances, and large appliances that have an agent inside the Kingdom


-Warranty does not include:

Malfunctions due to negligence on the part of the customer, either through incorrect use or storage that is not consistent with the manufacturer’s recommendations, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, malfunctions due to the use of other incompatible or low-quality accessories, malfunctions due to falling or violent vibration, exposure of the product to dust and dirt, or Water, liquids, excess moisture, exposure of the product to intentional opening by the customer or unauthorized maintenance centers, or exposure of wires to being cut.


-Warranty not included

Screen films, protection films, cases, and covers after use


-For clients inside Jeddah:

Working hours are from 10 am to 11 pm



-For clients outside Jeddah:

If the product malfunctions in the future, it will be shipped to our address in Jeddah (the customer’s account) and we are not obligated to replace it if the warranty conditions are not met.


If the product is repaired or changed by us, it will be sent to the customer’s address on our personal account (we are the caller communications website)


(Products that have an agent inside the Kingdom are referred to the same agent)


-Exchange and return policy:


- The customer has the right to exchange or return the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product by returning them to the caller. The products must be unused, packaged in their original form and keep the invoice (photos of the product to be returned or exchanged may be requested before shipping the order back to us )

(The return and delivery amount and the electronic payment commission will be deducted from the total order value)


Free delivery orders outside Jeddah:

If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will bear the shipping amount


1- Smart devices: In the event of manufacturing defects, the customer must check the warranty directly with the authorized agent.

2- Electronic accessories: The customer has the right to return all electronic accessories within (7) days from the date of purchase.


How to return products:

Please contact Caller Telecom Customer Service to assist you in the process of returning products.

- After we receive the product, we will inspect the product. After inspection by our technicians that the product conforms to the packaging conditions and the presence of all accessories and verification of the technical products, approval / approval for exchange or return will be obtained.


Approval/rejection of exchange or return.

- The replaced product will be shipped/delivered after contacting you to confirm your address.

- We will not exchange a product for a different model unless the original product is out of stock, in such circumstances we will ask for your approval before processing and shipping.

- In the event of a return, the product will be charged at the purchase price only, not including shipping and delivery costs.

- If the product is returned due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer or as a result of damage during delivery/shipping of the product or due to delivery of an incorrect/wrong product, no additional fees will be charged for the shipping service.

- In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product, the customer’s desire has changed in general, or the customer has not received the order), shipping fees or delivery fees will be charged to the customer.


(Perfumes and painted Apple headphones are not returned or exchanged)

(The warranty on Apple products from the agent is for one year only)
